A gentle yoga session designed to accommodate all levels of experience. The class structure begins with a seated meditation and breathing sequence  that flows into a full range of stretches on the ground/mat, ascends to standing poses, comes back to the ground/mat to cool down, and transitions full circle to savasana and a closing meditation.

Remember, this practice is meant to be personal; honor your body and do what feels right for you. Bring your own mat and blocks if you have them.
